Michal’s musical journey began in his hometown of London, Canada, where he learned piano from an early age. While studying Classical music under the Royal Conservatory of Music, Michal experimented with pop and electronic arrangements and soon discovered his love for musical invention.

During his third year of Electrical Engineering at Western University in Canada, Michal shifted his focus to sound and moved to London, England. While in London, he studied composition and orchestration with British composer, David Lewiston Sharpe. There he also attended the Audio Production programme at Middlesex University where he earned his Bachelor of Science (Hons) in 2014.

While in London, Michal founded Metropolis Tuition, a service providing private music tuition at home anywhere within the Greater London area. In 2016, Michal relocated to Warsaw, Poland, where he continued teaching music by commuting to the UK on a biweekly basis. In Warsaw, Michal also partnered with FDR Studio as a sound designer and mixer for television and web adverts, serving local and international clients such as Sephora and UPC Poland.

Upon returning to Canada, Michal was commissioned by 56 Game Studios for an original soundtrack, and by the Amabile Choirs of Canada for a series of new choral works. He continues to work as a freelance recording engineer, composer and sound designer.
